TX136/500 v1.14 GPS synchronization bug fixed

Hello the TX136/500 builders,

This new unofficial version 1.14 fixes an occasional bug during GPS synchronization.
It occurs during the change of hours, from 59:59 to 0.0, and only if the internal clock of the TX136/500 is behind the GPS one. This results in a one second delay on the waiting time of the next frame.
